Welcome to Sunnyside Studio 🎨
Sunnyside Studio is a relaxed and welcoming creative space in Weymouth where families, friends and individuals can enjoy crafting, playing and spending time together.
Designed for all ages — visitors can choose an item to decorate, take a seat, and enjoy up to two hours of relaxed creative time in our friendly studio environment.
We provide a range of paints, stickers, ribbons and craft materials, allowing everyone to personalise their piece in their own unique style. Once you’ve finished, your creation is ready to take home the same day.
Our aim is to keep creativity affordable and accessible, with regular crafting sessions priced at £5 per crafter (prices correct for 2025).
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults attend free of charge, but adults are very welcome to book a crafting place and join in too.
Drinks and snacks are also available to purchase at very reasonable prices.

Messy Tots
🕘 Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9:30 – 11:30

A relaxed session where little ones can enjoy messy play and creative fun.
Stay & Play (term time)
🕘 Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays | 9:30 – 2:30
A great session for younger children to explore our immersive roleplay play boards.

Workshops & Special Events ✨
Throughout the year we also run creative workshops, themed activities and special events for children and families.
We always aim to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, so everyone has the chance to take part and enjoy creative experiences together.
The Splat Zone (Coming Soon) 🎯
We’re excited to introduce The Splat Zone, a fun and energetic splatter-style creative experience opening upstairs in the studio.
Participants can enjoy a messy, expressive activity, creating colourful abstract artwork to take home.
⚠️ Accessibility note:
The Splat Zone is located upstairs and there is no lift access.
The space is reached via 15 stairs with handrails on both sides.
Splat Zone Sessions
🎨 Shared Session: £10 per person
🎉 Private Session: £50 for up to 6 people
Maximum 8 participants per session
Additional participants: £8.50 per person
Splat Parties (From 23rd May 2026) 🎉
Perfect for children who love creative messy fun.
💷 £15 per person
Includes:
🎨 45 minutes in the Splat Zone
🎂 45 minutes downstairs for food or cake brought by parents
🕓 Party times: 4pm or 7pm

Birthday Parties at Sunnyside Studio 🎂
We offer a range of relaxed, creative birthday parties, and parents are welcome to bring their own food, snacks or cake.
Standard Craft Party
💷 £10 per child
Includes a craft activity, decorate-your-own cupcake, balloon, LED finger projector toy, and use of princess dresses or pool table (ages 7+).

Alternative Craft Party

Craft activity only (no cupcakes or balloons).

Slime Making Parties 🧪
Children create their own colourful slime to take home.

Includes toddler-friendly activities such as colouring, drawing and sticking, plus free play in the immersive roleplay area.
Each child receives a balloon to take home.
